Master the skills that emerging leaders need to succeed

While close to 50% of the workforce in the US is female, women hold approximately 30% of the leadership positions. As the rate of female participation increases and new leadership roles emerge, women will take on more and more leadership responsibility. This program offers a growth opportunity for new managers and leaders.

SKEMA's “Preparing to Lead“ program addresses an important gap in the development and preparation for women to take leadership roles, addressing the skills, self-knowledge and networks necessary to prepare women to succeed in their initial leadership roles.
