MSc Entrepreneurship students win 3000-euro prize

Published on 01 March 2017

Four students from SKEMA’s MSc Entrepreneurship & Innovation programme won the Banque Populaire’s challenge, PEPITE France.

Charles Cagnac, Antony Giordano, Ava Maisani Casanova and Alexandre Rafaitin won the €3000 prize with their idea for a restaurant “Père & Fish”: a fast food restaurant serving wild fish and high quality organic products with efficient fast service.

They want to increase consumption of wild fish by combining it with fast food service. The concept links high quality products, fresh fish and affordable prices. The fish restaurant will tickle our taste buds and provide a welcome break at lunchtime.

The Pepite France challenge is part of the Salon des Entrepreneurs; it aims to link student-entrepreneurs with large business groups. The idea is to create synergies so that these groups can give students a hand in developing their projects. Pépite France is supported by the FNEGE (Fondation Nationale pour l'Enseignement de la Gestion des Entreprises). It exists to raise awareness about the status of student entrepreneurs and provide tools for budding business-creators.

We would like to congratulate Antony, Charles, Ava and Alexandre for winning this prize that rewards the quality of their work as well as Philippe Chéreau, director of the MSc Entrepreneurship & Innovation on SKEMA’s Sophia-Antipolis campus.
