MSc International Marketing students in L'Oréal competition

Published on 11 April 2017

For the third consecutive year, students from SKEMA’s MSc International Marketing & Business Development will take part in the French final of the l'Oréal Challenge Brandstorm.

This year, the competition celebrates its 25th anniversary.

SKEMA is a double winner in this selection phase for schools that are not event partners (and who have to pass this preliminary step). Because of the exceptional quality of their work, two SKEMA teams were chosen by l'Oréal to go with the teams from HEC, ESSEC, and ESCP for this final.

On 21 April at the l'Oréal headquarters, SKEMA will be the only school presenting two teams in the national final for this major event in terms of student recruitment and corporate relations.

David Nahon, lecturer in the MSc (directed in Paris by Aurélie Dehling) and students’ coach explains: "As I told the students, this double qualification shows the recognition of the high level of marketing in this company for the quality of their work. It is also a terrific communication vehicle for SKEMA in general and for MSc International Marketing and Business Development in particular. Of course, I will will do all I can, because the work demanded of the students that day will be completely different from what they have had to do up till now. I will work with them until they get to the required level so that both teams can carry it off….and maybe even win!"

We would like to congratulate both teams and their coach and send them our very best wishes for success in the final on the 21 April. The international final takes place on 15 June.
