He joined SKEMA Business School in 2022 as a Professor and MSc IMBD Programme Director on the Lille campus. Prior to this experience, he had led the Graduate School of Management (GSOM) of Saint Petersburg University, a prominent institution in Russia, for eight years, where he spearheaded the development of a robust program portfolio and led the launch of various new MBA, EMBA, graduate, and corporate programmes, as well as innovative international double degree programmes, which were recognised through rankings by the Financial Times and The Economist.
An experienced guest speaker and lecturer, Prof. Krotov has also served on the advisory boards of two premier Eastern European institutions. Beyond his academic background, he has extensive experience in consulting, particularly in the areas of strategy, marketing, and business education.
