SKEMA BUSINESS SCHOOL

Governance

Governance with territories, companies and international as watchwords.

The Executive Committee ensures the smooth functioning of SKEMA Business School at all its territories, in France and across the world. Its work is guided by the board of directors and by several international advisory committees (strategic advisory committee, international advisory committee, and research advisory committee) that include alumni and influential stakeholders from the academic and business worlds. The representatives of these committees are permanent members of the Board of Governors.

The corporate community is also part of the scientific committees of our programmes, in which they contribute to the design of the curriculum and the academic content.

The chairman of SKEMA's board of directors is Jean-Philippe Courtois (SKEMA 1983), executive vice president and president, National Transformation Partnerships, Microsoft. Alice Guilhon heads the general management of SKEMA Business School.
