The AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) label, created in 1916, is an accreditation that rewards international business schools for the quality of their bachelor's, master's and doctoral programmes. Accreditation is a voluntary, non-governmental process involving a rigorous external review of a school's mission, faculty qualifications, training programmes and level of excellence.

EQUIS accreditation, awarded by the European organisation EFMD, is one of the leading international systems for assessing, improving, and accrediting the quality of business schools. EQUIS is a comprehensive system for examining the quality of business and management schools. Its rigorous peer review process signals to students, employers, and academic partners worldwide the school's overall quality, sustainability, and commitment to improvement. The internationally recognised label is often a prerequisite for entry into the rankings.

EFMD programme accreditation is the most comprehensive accreditation system for business and/or management degrees and courses, including face-to-face, hybrid and/or online training. It is a benchmark for internationally recognised programmes. SKEMA holds this accreditation for its Global Executive MBA programme.
