Abstract
The influence of culture on firms is often very important, especially in the case of international firms, such as international joint ventures. This study presents empirical research findings regarding the impact of various dimensions of corporate culture (national cultural context and organizational culture) on the degree of organizational involvement and on the type of work climate in a sample of 51 international joint ventures implanted in Hungary.
