I studied at Ecole Centrale Paris from 2003 to 2006, from 2006 to 2008 I worked at AREP on the reopening of a train line. I started to teach in various institutions from 2009 in PSB, ESSEC, and Centrale Paris. From 2010 to 2013, I did my PhD at Ecole Centrale Paris at the LGI on routing optimization for call centers. The thesis was financed by the French Consulting compagny Interact-iv.com and made in Collaboration with the VU in Amsterdam. I continued with the Chaire on call centers at Ecole Centrale Paris. From 2017 to 2024, I became professor at EM Normandie.

I started at Skema Business school as a professor this acedemical year, where I am participating in the research production in the team of Xavier Brusset, and am a member of the digitalisation academy of Sabrina Roszak.

My main research interests are in stochastic processes, Markov decision processes (MDP) and queues with applications for contact centers, transport, and health care. My major focus is on optimizing real-time decisions in a stochastic context. The idea is to determine for a given state of a system, the best decisions that a manager should take to meet some service level objectives. I strongly believe that this approach has a high potential for future research development and high impact publications.

Until December 2022, I have finished the co-supervision of 2 PhD theses and 4 postdocs, and I am co-supervising 3 ongoing PhD students in Operations Management at CentraleSupélec, Mannheim Business School, and Tilburg University.
