This work offers a comprehensive guide to integrated thinking, making it an essential resource for professionals in accounting and finance seeking to navigate the complexities of sustainable value creation.

Featuring insights from SKEMA faculty members, the book draws on contributions from professors across six disciplines. It addresses the complex challenges of aligning corporate reporting practices with new regulatory standards such as the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), making it an essential guide for professionals in the fields of accounting and finance. « Integrated thinking can truly bring together diverse perspectives on sustainability reporting. In our book, we aim to clarify this concept, drawing on insights from leading experts across various fields and sharing inspiring stories from pioneering organizations that have been part of our journey,” said Sabrina Roszak, associate dean of Academy Digitalization.

Edited by Raluca Sandu, dean of Faculty and Sabrina Roszak, associate dean, of the Academy Digitalization, the book reflects SKEMA Business School's emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches and sustainable value creation. It addresses the challenges posed by new regulations like the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the push for global sustainability standards, offering insights from SKEMA’s faculty professors. "This is an important milestone for me and our team. It has enabled me to contribute to a cross-disciplinary book with 16 co-authors (from academia & practice) from different areas and settings, leveraged by our interdisciplinary Academy system at SKEMA Business School," explained Raluca Sandu.
