Renata Kaminska is Professor of Strategy and Innovation at SKEMA Business School.  She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario (Canada) and a PhD in Management from the Université Côte d'Azur (France). She is Scientific Director of Master 2 "Research in Management and Innovation", jointly run by SKEMA Business School, ELMI Graduate School of Economics of the Université Côte d'Azur and GREDEG Research Center (joint CNRS and Université Côte d'Azur unit 7321). She sits on the Scientific Committee of SKEMA PhD Program in Management. She Key Expert of the European Leadership for Safety Education (ELSE) project (2019-2023) and responsible for Work Package 4 of the Decommissioning Management and Leadership for Safety Education (DMaLSE) project (2023-2026), both funded by the European Union. In the past, she has been visiting professor at Krakow University of Economics, Kozminski University in Warsaw and School of Business, Leadership and Enterprise at University Campus Suffolk, UK. Her present research focuses on leadership for safety, organizational dynamics and knowledge creation.
