Since 2015, I have led one of the top  business school in Russia – Graduate School of Management (GSOM), St. Petersburg University, St. Petersburg, Russia. During my tenure, I developed an attractive program portfolio, achieved a sustainable financial position, launched a new undergraduate campus, and led international accreditations efforts (AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB). In 2021, GSOM acquired initial AACSB accreditation and was re-accredited with EQUIS for five years, and in 2017 GSOM was reaccredited by AMBA. GSOM is the only triple-crown accredited school in Russia and one of few in Eastern Europe. Since 2017 GSOM has the largest endowment among all St. Petersburg University faculties or colleges and one of the largest among Russian universities. Program portfolio was redesigned and updated, a new graduate programs in business analytics was started in 2018. Since 2015 several new MBA, EMBA and corporate programs were opened, including international double degree programs (2018, 2022) and hybrid programs with Skillbox (2021). GSOM programs are ranked by the Financial Times and The Economist. Passion for business education, teaching and international experience makes me open for new global challenges.
