SKEMA professors to participate at Soph.I.A Summit
SKEMA Business School professors Zakaria Babutsidze and Ludovic Dibiaggio will be present at the Soph.I.A Summit, which will take place from November 23 to 25 in Sophia Antipolis. It is being organised by Université Côte d'Azur, Communauté d'Agglomération de Sophia Antipolis and Sophia Club Entreprises.
This year, the fifth edition of this global meeting of research in artificial intelligence will focus on the themes of health, biology, territories, sustainability, management, and fundamentals. The event will bring together researchers, experts, and institutions to debate the issues surrounding AI.
Zakaria Babutsidze, 23 November
On 23 November, Zakaria Babutsidze, a professor at SKEMA and member of "Observatoire français des Conjonctures économiques", will speak about the prospects of acceptance of medical treatments augmented by artificial intelligence, as part of an afternoon devoted to the medical sector.
Ludovic Dibiaggio, 24 November
Ludovic Dibiaggio will lead a round table on the relationship between management and artificial intelligence. The speakers will discuss about "the predictive power of artificial intelligence systems coupled with the automation of decision-making".
Ludovic is a professor of innovation economics at SKEMA, director of the KTO (Knowledge Technology and Organisation) research centre, associate researcher at the Law, Economics and Management Research Group (GREDEG), and director of the Observatory of the Technological, Economic and Societal Impact of Artificial Intelligence (OTESIA).
