SKEMA Talent & Careers launches new website for students
The Corporate Office of SKEMA Business School is launching the SKEMA Talent & Careers Hub, a website that will bring together in one place all the services offered by the Talent & Careers department. It will enable students to create a personalised career plan.
For students, planning their professional journey means leaving nothing to chance and taking advantage of all the resources provided by SKEMA. To achieve this, they now have access to the beta version of the SKEMA Talent & Careers Hub, a mobile-friendly website which offers all the Talent & Careers' services at the tap of a finger.
"A single access point for all Talent & Careers services"
The beta version of the SKEMA Talent & Careers Hub already offers access to the following modules:
- Professional Development: A career management course for students, with their activities, tools and assessments
- Events: Discover different professions and sectors of activity during the events organised with SKEMA's partner companies.
- Jobs & Internships: Easy access to the different internship and job platforms
- My Agreements: Access point for creating and editing internship agreements
- Resources & Tools: Content, articles, videos, etc. related to the construction of students' professional project
Through this hub, students will be able to access the different modules, which will enable them to find content on the basis of their programme, specialisation or year of training. Pascale Viala, director of SKEMA's Corporate Office, is proud of this innovative platform. "I am delighted to announce the launch of the SKEMA Talent & Careers Hub, which will become the reference website for all the Talent & Careers services for our students," he said.
Taking an appointment made easy
Through this website, students who wish to clarify their career plans, prepare for an interview, or glean valuable advice will be able to take an appointment directly with a Talent & Careers (T&C) expert, by choosing a date and a time slot.
To complete this personalised approach, students can utilise a bank of resources and tools, such as preparation tests or advice from T&C to apply, for example, for an international job. "This is a significant innovation that will enable them to continue building their professional project by giving them access to various services, content and tools. It is also about offering them the best possible experience according to their programme and specialisation, throughout their studies at SKEMA," added Pascale Viala.
Latest information
The T&C team has thought of everything when it comes to helping students discover careers, sectors of activity and companies, as the hub will provide the complete agenda of all the career events offered by the T&C and will enable interested students to register for these events directly. An ideal way to not to miss anything and network!
Personalised opportunities
In the final version to be released in the coming weeks, students will be able to access job and internship offers selected for them directly in the tool, making it easier to interact with companies and choose an offer that is consistent with their career path. Easy access to a wide range of French and international internship and job portals is now available.
