Class of 2016-17   "The master helped me acquire a strong set of financial skills and tools, that are essential to successfully access all the major areas of finance, from corporate finance and investment banking to portfolio management, risk management and quantitative finance.     Student organisations, with the support of professors and the careers centre, are active in providing students a connection with finance professionals in the main American financial hubs. As founder of an investment banking club, I personally organised a business trip to New York, where we had the chance to visit major financial institutions and meet top-level finance professionals. It was a great experience that helped many of us understand what we want to do in our future careers.   I also built an invaluable network of people, students and professors, which will certainly guarantee effective and fruitful interaction and support across the industry.   A few weeks after the end of the final exams, while working on my final thesis, I am interning within the Wealth Management department of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, a notable Luxembourgish bank specialised in portfolio management.”
