SKEMA’s handball team defeats HEC Paris to win the Mazars Cup

Students from SKEMA Business School have won the first edition of the Mazars Cup, a handball competition organised on 18 November by Mazars at the Maison du Handball in Créteil, against the HEC Paris team.

​​Ten teams from various business schools across France competed in a series of matches as part of a handball cup organised by the Mazars firm. The teams were mixed, consisting of men and women, with at least three women per team. 

SKEMA Business School's team included four female players and six male players from the Master in Management (PGE) and the Global BBA programmes. During the final against HEC Paris, the goals were kept by Wynona Boulou, an M1-year PGE student currently on a gap year internship at Givenchy. "We trained once a week at the José Savoye sports complex with Nicolas Martin, who is our physical education teacher. We are very proud of this mixed team's victory; it's a great success!" said Lucas Pedesseau, an M1-year PGE student and vice-president of the SKEMA Sports student club.
