SKEMA USA welcomes US-based graduates for Women in Finance panel
Image
The Raleigh campus recently hosted a hybrid event on the topic of women in finance to empower female students interested in the finance industry by providing them with the opportunity to hear from five SKEMA graduates working in the finance industry in the US.
A dozen students attended the event on the Raleigh campus, while the panelists joined virtually from all over the US. They discussed their professional experiences in the finance industry and how they navigate it, provided advice, answered students' questions, and inspired our female students seeking to pursue a career in finance.
Many SKEMA students choose the Raleigh campus for its finance programmes: the CFA specialisation for M1 (first-year master) students, and the prestigious MSc Financial Markets and Investments, which was ranked third best master in finance in the world by the Financial Times for the last two years.
This event was organised by Amanda Chamberlain, career services manager for the Raleigh campus, with the support of MSc Financial Markets and Investments student and career ambassador, Juliette Kahn.
