Launched under the aegis of SKEMA Transitions, the "3D Plan" serves as the roadmap structuring and accelerating SKEMA Business School’s commitments to major transitions. Far from being a mere ambition, the 3D Plan is built around three core dimensions – Diversity, Decarbonisation, and Digital & Data for Good – and sets ten objectives for each dimension to be achieved by 2030.

Since 2024, concrete actions have brought this dynamic to life in several ways.

Diversity

  • Launch of a Diversity and Inclusion Chair
  • Integration of transition-related challenges into all programmes via the SKEMA Transition Act

Decarbonisation

  • Development of a responsible travel policy to regulate the carbon footprint of student and staff mobility

Digital & Data for Good

  • Creation of the Generative AI for Good Chair in partnership with Microsoft
  • Deployment of the SKEMA AI skills framework
  • Adoption of the Responsible Digital Charter
  • 50% reduction in the volume of data stored on SKEMA’s servers

The 3D Plan enables these transformations to be embedded in a long-term strategic vision, ensuring they remain aligned with SKEMA’s academic and societal objectives for the years ahead.

"The 3D Plan provides a clear and structured vision of the transitions SKEMA must undertake to align its model with contemporary challenges. It is not just an ambition but a powerful lever for transforming our practices, mobilising our community, and embedding our actions into a long-term approach. Our initial achievements show that we are not merely planning for the future – we are taking action now," explains Isabelle Jauny.

The 3D Plan: A Roadmap at the Heart of Strategic Decisions

The 3D Plan follows a structured approach, bringing together methodology, commitments, and tangible results. Led by SKEMA Transitions, it ensures a coherent and progressive implementation, embedding every project, decision, and initiative into a sustainable transformation strategy. The goal is to make these transitions not constraints, but opportunities – levers for innovation, performance, and consistency that enhance the experience and engagement of the entire SKEMA community.
