Béatrice Toustou is currently Assistant Professor and a member of the SKEMA Research Center in Knowledge, Technology and Organization (KTO). She was formerly a HRM Manager with 17 years working for private as well as public organizations. She holds a master in Political Science, a degree in Chinese language and a degree in Psychology. In 2015, she completed her Doctorate with honors from the IAE Aix-Marseille, in the field of Creativity. Her research interests focus on social interactions, team work and live performance.
