Dr. Sophie Botte is currently Associate Professor in Management, and Associate Dean, Specialized Masters Programs at SKEMA. From 2010 to 2015, she was Director of Faculty Development at SKEMA. She teaches Leadeship and Organization, with a special interest in Executive Education. She develops and runs programs for CEOs and Executive managers. Sophie Botte holds a doctorate in Human Resource Economics from Lille University, and is graduate from Science Po Lille.
