Daniela Iubatti is an Assistant Professor at SKEMA Business School––Université Côte d’Azur (GREDEG). She formerly worked at the University of Bologna (Italy) and she received her PhD in Management from IESE Business School—University of Navarra, Barcelona (Spain). She has been a visiting student, as well as an adjunct professor, at the University of Trento (Italy), and a visiting student at the University of Chicago (United States). Her research interests focus on the role of intra-organizational networks in influencing individuals’ innovation performances. In particular, she investigates the effects of different network structures on individuals’ innovativeness. She also investigates how digitalization affects organizational and individual’s practices and performances, and the role of gender in firms' and industries' strategic decisions. Her work has been published in Research Policy, Organization Science, and Journal of Product and Innovation Management. She is member of the Academy of Management and Strategic Management Society.
