Accommodation
SKEMA Business School's Lille campus is situated near the Lille Flandres train station and the Euralille shopping centre.
The school assists current and future students searching for accommodation via the Studapart online housing platform. That platform is one of the key resources for accommodation search.
Information about accommodation in the Lille area is also available on:
- YEP (Your Education Portal) for current students;
- The official Facebook group SKEMA Housing
University residences
Students who would like to live in a university residence in Lille can make a request a few months before the start of the school year.
You may find further information in the housing brochure.
Please note that students may need a guarantor – a person or an organisation that will guarantee the payment of the rent and bills in case of default on your part. Their financial resources must correspond to at least three times the amount of the rent.
CROUS
The mission of CROUS (Regional Centres of University and Academic Services) is to assist in improving students' lives and work conditions. Apartments in university residences are usually managed by CROUS and are the cheapest lodging option. The CROUS of Lille Nord-Pas-de-Calais manages close to 10,000 places for accommodation, ranging from furnished rooms to three-room flats in 43 student residences. They are allocated according to an applicant's social criteria (parents' income, distance, and so on). Complementary admissions are made during summer and at the beginning of the school year based on remaining places. For more information, visit CROUS Lille or Lokaviz.
If you are an international student, there is a specific application procedure.
