Overview
To understand the workplace situations that future graduates will face, learning can no longer be restricted to management disciplines. Some of the situations and business problems managers are facing can be analysed, understood, and resolved through a single prism of knowledge and know-how. The skills required are broadening to cope with the complexity and technical nature of organisations and, more broadly, with the challenges of the environment, as reflected in the fact that:
