Michael Hanson has double nationality, as he was born in the USA and obtained French citizenship nearly 20 years ago. He is the Head of the Two-Year MSc Program at Skema Business School which has more than 500 students in France, Brazil, China, and the USA.  Previosly, Mr. Hanson worked as Director of International Online and Executive Programs for ESCEM School of Business and Management for 20 years, where he also developed the first independent International Online MBA for a “Grand Ecole”. He has managed educational programs in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Central America and Africa. As a professional trainer, he has taught and trained in more than 20 countries around the world in the areas of sales, negotiation, leadership, communication and organization design, behavior and practices. He started his own company in Executive Consulting and Coaching, working with companies to train executives from Asia, Central America, the United States, France, Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, Cameroun, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. Having a passion for muscle cars and classic boats, he also started a company with his oldest son, buying, restoring and selling classic vehicles. His favorite classes to teach are ones that have a large mix of international students, where different perspectives and experiences truly enrich the learning experience.
