I currently hold various positions in the field of higher education: Associate Professor HDR at IAE Lille (University of Lille), member of LUMEN (URL 4999), Professor at SKEMA Business School where I am responsible for the courses of "Organisational Behaviour" and "Social, Cognitive and Behavioural Psychology applied to Management" in PGE L3 and founding member of the Chair "Women and Business" at SKEMA. I am currently doing research on the transmission of business, female entrepreneurship and gender, CSR, the relationship between law and management and between history and organizational sciences. My teaching areas focus on all aspects (legal, managerial, management) related to the management of the human factor in organisations (organisational analysis and organisational behaviours, HRM, continuing professional education law, management of religious issues in organisations, etc.).
