On 13 September, the show "Recherche Talents," hosted by Laure Closier on BFM Business, invited three students from top schools (HEC, Centrale Supélec, and SKEMA) to discuss various issues related to the economy, training, the environment, and technology. Merwan Chatelier M1-year student in Master in management programme (PGE), was present.

Merwan Chatelier, an M1-year student in the Master in Management (PGE) programme and president of SKEMA Conseil, the junior enterprise of the school, represented SKEMA Business School.

During the "Recherche Talent" show, Merwan got the opportunity to interact with Bruno Bouygues, the CEO of the GYS Group, for about twenty minutes. He presented SKEMA's junior enterprise, which is established across multiple continents: Europe, North America (including the United States), and also in South America (Brazil). The show specifically addressed the training policy of GYS (a group specialising in the manufacturing of battery chargers, welding stations, etc.), as well as the strategy adopted to reduce dependency on rare metals from Asia.

The conversation also veered towards environmental initiatives taken by companies to reduce their carbon footprint. Moreover, the three students discussed the challenges and opportunities related to artificial intelligence and the world of big data.
