SKEMA Alumni Matinales: upcoming conference on talent scarcity
The next conference in the SKEMA Alumni Matinales series will be held on 22 February at the Sophia Antipolis campus. The theme: “Talent scarcity: are environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria the key to attracting and retaining talented candidates?”. Frederic Munier, professor of geopolitics at SKEMA, will kick off the conference with a keynote.
With companies facing new recruitment challenges post Covid-19, employers must change their strategies to retain their talent and attract more. To succeed, environmental, social and corporate governance criteria seem to be the solution to talent leakage, disengagement, burn out, or lack of prospects. The conference will begin with an introduction by Alice Guilhon, dean & executive president of SKEMA Business School, and a keynote by Frederic Munier, professor of geopolitics at SKEMA.
Experts with varied backgrounds
To discuss the issue, event organiser SKEMA Alumni has invited several personalities from the business world and the field of human resources. Speakers will include Alexandra Cittadini (SKEMA 2000), chief operating officer of the Pôle Santé Saint Jean healthcare complex in Nice; Jonathan Leyva, CEO of Konica Minolta Business Solutions France; Clemence Augras (SKEMA 2007), head of human resources at the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and Noëmie Cicurel, director of learning and development Robert Half France Benelux.
