SKEMA Conseil’s Tremplins de l’Innovation contest in March

A 100% student initiative, the Tremplins de l’Innovation contest rewards four innovative entrepreneurs every year on SKEMA’s three French campuses. It is organised by SKEMA Conseil with the support of SKEMA Ventures and its partners.

Conceptualised in 2018 by SKEMA Conseil students, the Tremplins de l’Innovation aims to highlight innovative entrepreneurs from Sophia Antipolis, Suresnes and Lille. To unearth the startups that will become the unicorns of the future, SKEMA Conseil students go startup-fishing in the regional incubators. “We went to Station F for the Parisian region, and to Euratechnologies for the Lille region,” explains Mélodie Bahl, an L3 student in the Master in Management (PGE) programme and a project manager of the Tremplins de l’Innovation contest.

Four trophies for the winners

Tremplins de l’Innovation is organised in partnership with BNP Paribas for the “Environmental Tremplin”, Maison de l’Intelligence Artificielle and the EuropIA institute for the “Future Tremplin”, and by SKEMA Ventures for the “Tremplin Coup de Cœur” special jury prize. A last Tremplin, one for intrapreneurship, has appeared this year.

Apply by 10 March

Interested entrepreneurs must send their application to Mélodie Bahl by e-mail and will have to complete an application form. Finalists will take part in a 5-minute pitch competition in front of a jury of professionals on 24 March, at the Sophia Antipolis, Grand Paris and Lille campuses. Registration will close on 10 March and the finalists will be announced on 17 March.
