SKEMA partners with Mars Wrigley Confectionery group
Mars Wrigley Confectionery group has recently signed a partnership agreement with SKEMA Talent & Careers. This partnership will open some excellent opportunities in the company for our students.
American food group Mars Wrigley Confectionery's sweets and chocolate bars are recognised all over the world. The group has been working with SKEMA for several years. To formalise the ties between the two entities, Mars' regional director Guillaume Desmants and have signed a partnership agreement.
Under the agreement, Mars has committed to taking part in our Talent & Careers forums, Career Talk sessions and Sales Challenge. "We've been working with Mars for several years, but without any formal arrangement. Mars has been participating in our Career Talks and our Sales Challenge for a long time now. They're highly involved with SKEMA," said Maryline Combes, Corporate Relation Manager for Talent & Careers.
One student ambassador selected each year
Each year, Mars Wrigley Confectionery chooses a student ambassador to promote the group within SKEMA. The group's aim is to increase its visibility, and encourage more students to apply for roles within Mars. It enjoys an excellent reputation among interns and ranks highly in the "Best Workplaces" league tables.
