SKEMA USA networking event with French-American Chamber of Commerce

In February, the Raleigh campus co-organised a presentation on the topic: 'North Carolina Economic Forecast for 2023'.

​​Three prominent local speakers were invited to speak: 

- Machelle Baker Sanders, North Carolina Secretary of Commerce,
- Christopher Chung, CEO of the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC),
- Ryan Combs, executive director of the Research Triangle Regional Partnership (RTRP).

They spoke about economic development challenges and opp​ortunities in North Carolina, including what the state of North Carolina is doing to build a strong ecosystem, address the current economic situation and attract talent from around the world. Cedric Decarpentrie, executive director of the French American Chamber of Commerce of the Carolinas, discussed the increasingly positive impact of the economic exchanges between France and North Carolina.

Amongst the attendees were SKEMA students, faculty, and staff, as well as local professionals and community leaders.
