Students specialising in economic security receive certificate at École Militaire de Paris

SKEMA’s MSc International Strategy & Influence students, who chose the "economic security" specialisation, received their certificates on 7 April from Prefect Eric Freysselinard, a senior official heading the IHEMI. This specialisation is one of the two offered in the programme, the other being "strategic consulting", which is taught by consultants from Roland Berger and McKinsey, among others.

Colonel Christophe Torrisi, a defence technology consultant, Delphine Isenbart, a mission officer in the Department of Intelligence and Economic Security, and Lieutenant-Colonel Nicolas Scuto, deputy head of the Department of Intelligence and Economic Security at the Institut des Hautes Études du Ministère de l'Intérieur (IHEMI), were among those present at the ceremony.

60 hours of classes at the École Militaire de Paris

To obtain this certificate, students are required to complete four modules, totalling 60 hours of classes at the École Militaire de Paris, to successfully specialise in economic security. "These modules enable students to gain a deep understanding of the issues related to economic security and develop essential skills for navigating an increasingly aggressive competitive environment," explains Christophe Bisson, director of SKEMA's MSc International Strategy and Influence programme.

The modules include:

  • New risks and new challenges
  • Economic security
  • Web 3.0 - Internet: threats or assets for companies
  • Crisis management
