ZEvent: OneID student society to raise funds for charity

On 8 and 9 September, starting at 4pm, students of SKEMA’s OneID student society are participating in the "ZEvent", a three-day charity marathon on the Lille campus of SKEMA Business School. On this day, students are invited to participate in several fun activities with the aim of collecting donations for several charities: Sea Shepherd, LPO, WWF, Time For The Planet and The Sea Cleaners.

Organised by French YouTubers Adrien Nougaret "Zerator" and Alexandre Dachary "Dach", the ZEvent collected the highest amount of funds among online charity events in 2020. In its last edition, in 2021, the streamers raised almost 10 million euros. At SKEMA, our students raised a significant sum of €2,400 in 2021. "We hope to do as well as last year. We are going to organise several activities such as dance and music in conjunction with other student associations," said Gustave Ernoult and Bastien Dronne, students of the Master in Management (PGE) programme and members of the OneID association.

Uniting students around a noble cause

All day long, students will be able to play their favourite games (Mario Kart, Fifa, etc.) on two large screens. Sports duels between the OneID association and the Bureau des Sports are also planned to liven up the afternoon.
