Caroline JOUSSEMET

Graduated from EM Lyon and MBA from Lancaster University, I took advantage of my student years to study and work in France, the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain. I specialized in marketing and started my career in the consumer goods sector in Paris, then in B2B marketing with a software publisher in Sophia Antipolis.

In 2011, I wanted to go into teaching and I started as a Marketing teacher at Skema BBA. Since then, I have been teaching in several Skema programs (BBA, PGE, MSc) and also at the University of Nice Côte d'Azur. I became Course Manager at Skema BBA in 2021.

When I teach, I like not only to share my experience and my knowledge, but also to set up projects with my students. Students projects have taken me from charity galas to meetings with entrepreneurs, from debates to radio broadcasts, from the "Palais des Festivals" in Cannes to the forest of Sophia Antipolis! I am very interested in pedagogical innovation, because I want my students to live nice experiences in class.

In addition to teaching, I have launched a consulting activity in 2011, Atril Com. With Atril Com, I support my clients, often SMEs or Start-ups, in the development and implementation of their Marketing and Communication strategy. 100% operational, I take care of both design & content, because I like to write, create and produce.

Personally, I am interested in Environment and Sustainable Development. I involve myself into these challenges through pedagogical activities (Co-creator of the educational game "Politico", facilitator "La Fresque du Climat" and seminar "2 tons") and through my elected mandate with the Environment delegation at the city of Biot.
