Eliane BACHA is an associate professor at SKEMA Business School in Organizational Behavior and Leadership. She received her PhD from IAE Aix-en-Provence in 2007 and her DEA from IAE Aix-en-Provence in 2001. She holds an MBA from the Lebanese American University in 2000.
