5th Reverse Mentoring workshop on women's leadership this month
The Reverse Mentoring workshop was held in Lille on 25 March in collaboration with SKEMA Ventures. The aim of this is to give our panel of alumni the role of coaches to advise and challenge Forces Femmes entrepreneurs on their projects or issues.
The exercise was conducted in trios: a woman entrepreneur supported by Forces Femmes association, a final-year student selected by Franck Hanoh, head of SKEMA Ventures, and an alumnus.
This meeting with the panel provided an opportunity for collective discussion on the projects presented, to highlight solutions and action plans, and to carry out a general debriefing of the workshop. It was a constructive and convivial moment, designed to provide our budding female entrepreneurs with valuable insights. They left with renewed energy, armed with concrete ways of overcoming the obstacles.
