Allianz employees praise SKEMA's BADGE training

Last January, Alice Guilhon, dean and executive president of SKEMA Business School, and Pascale Viala, director of the Corporate Office, visited Allianz to present the BADGE Financial Asset Management and Banking and Insurance Sales Manager diplomas to the employees trained by SKEMA in 2022. They also welcomed the participants of the new classes. These training courses are highly appreciated by the group's employees at a time when they are increasingly required to manage remote teams.

Since 2010, SKEMA has trained 400 professionals from the Allianz insurance group. This long-lasting partnership, which demonstrates mutual trust, has made it possible to support about 12 classes of distribution network employees and managers through the "BADGE" diploma.

Built on SKEMA's areas of expertise, the BADGE diplomas in asset management and management are designed to meet the needs of companies wishing to pursue their development strategy and promote their employees.

Mastering hybrid management

The BADGE Banking and Insurance Sales Manager, a certification approved by the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (CGE), is intended for current employees. Its aim is to pass on the best management practices in the era of digital transformation and serve as a springboard towards management functions, and strengthen skills in this field. "When I was appointed in January 2020, I had to learn about management, adapt, and work remotely in a hybrid way due to the health crisis. Today, in my capacity as the head of wealth management, I am at the heart of the reorganisation of the Allianz Expertise et Conseil network since the beginning of 2023. As a manager of 13 employees, hybrid management has taken on its full meaning," explains Emmanuelle Llarden, head of wealth management at Allianz Expertise et Conseil.

A boost in confidence

Emmanuelle Llarden confirms the accuracy of the training content, whether it concerns management techniques, manager-coaching, empowerment, human resources management, collective intelligence, time and conflict management, or team leadership. "All of this enables me to approach this new year more serenely, adopt the right posture, and make effective decisions to manage a denser team, with more collaborators working remotely. Following this programme was enriching, both professionally and personally.
