Raleigh campus hosts executive education programme for global pharmaceutical company
Mid-October, the US campus of SKEMA Business School welcomed 12 Raleigh-based employees of pharmaceutical company Guerbet for a two-day project management executive education programme.
The training was delivered by Professor Kevin M. Wright at the state-of-the-art James B. Hunt Jr. Library, located on NC State's Centennial Campus, minutes away from the SKEMA US campus. The participants learned about the different project lifecycle phases and developed a comprehensive understanding of project management fundamentals, including project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and more.
The training materials, along with the team workshops and group exchanges, provided participants with the opportunity to thoroughly discuss and comprehend how they can apply the course to their own specific projects at Guerbet. The program ended with group presentations, allowing the participants to receive feedback from the programme instructor and from Guerbet employee and project management expert, Mehdy Belbachir.
This customised executive programme illustrates what SKEMA can bring to companies through executive education, by providing professionals and teams with the knowledge and tools they need to address challenges, boost performance, and successfully lead and manage their projects.
