Extension project teaches methodologies and market tools to BBA students.
SKEMA Brazil frequently develops projects that offer students the opportunity to get closer to business reality: mentoring, challenges and new solutions. From this perspective, the Innovation Hub II curriculum extension project was born. With the support of Professor Max Cirino de Mattos, BBA Year 2 students used the Design Science Research methodology and tools to create dashboards aimed at companies from different sectors.
During the process, they received training in the classroom and support from an expert from each company, but they were responsible for the entire creation of the project, developing new global vision skills, challenges and business. In addition to the entire work proposal, the processes were documented in academic papers and there was the presentation of one of them at the Brazilian Congress of Development: “How to improve the logistics cost (freight) of law and clothing and accessories e-commerce”.
The result of this journey was presented at the end of the semester to the academic team and representatives of the companies involved in the project.
