SKEMA China: Executive programme in management to begin in November

Since 2017, SKEMA China has successfully held seven programmes, gathering more than 120 executives. This year, the eightth edition of the executive programme in management will start in November in Shanghai, China.

Jointly created by CCI France Chine and SKEMA Business School, the 10-day course includes a practical and immersive training to facilitate the retention of key talents in teams and boost career development for executives. It is dedicated to Chinese and international executives, high potential talents, managers of business units, startups, SMEs and MNCs.

"The Executive Programme in Management (EPM) offers a wide range of high-level business knowledge to executives, and provides talents with a great platform to obtain an in-depth view of management in response to today's changing environment," said Jason Zhu, head of executive education, SKEMA China.

A unique pedagogy

The programme will be held at CCI France Chine's Shanghai office. It will offer a unique active pedagogy approach, combining experiential learning, business case studies, simulations, and peer-to-peer brainstorming.

A executive education expert from SKEMA will lead each module. Case studies will be used extensively to illustrate the theory so that participants learn from real world situations. The programme will also consist of formal lectures, participative discussions, debates, group projects and individual sessions with some of the trainers.

SKEMA EPM is a modular training for executives who want to enhance their management and leadership skills to drive their team more effectively, develop themselves for the next challenge, and acquire the competencies to succeed in today's complex and disruptive environment.
