In the latest edition of the ranking of schools most committed to sustainable development and corporate social responsibility (CSR), published by Les Echos in partnership with ChangeNOW, SKEMA Business School has demonstrated a remarkable rise. This year, the school has reached the 8th place among the 28 selected institutions, jumping 9 spots compared to 2023. This advancement marks the strongest progression in the entire ranking.

The ChangeNOW-Les Echos ranking evaluates institutions based on six main criteria, including training, employability and academic excellence, diversity and inclusion, and the impact of alumni networks, among others. In the latter area, SKEMA particularly excels, taking 1st place, which reflects its commitment to training graduates who have a positive and lasting impact in the professional world.

SKEMA’s ascent in this ranking results from ambitious initiatives aimed at integrating sustainable development principles across all aspects of the school, from teaching to management. In 2022, the school launched “SKEMA Transitions” and the subsequent “3D Plan,” a programme that embodies its concrete commitments to environmental, social, and societal transitions.

The 3D Plan revolves around three main dimensions: diversity, decarbonisation, and digital for good. This plan aims to train committed talents who are equipped to support businesses in their own sustainable transitions and tackle contemporary social and ecological challenges.

With this recognition, SKEMA asserts itself as a key player in educating responsible and engaged leaders, meeting the growing expectations of the business world for sustainable and inclusive transformation.
