SKEMA Raleigh campus hosts third annual international festival

Every year in September, the Raleigh campus organises a festival to highlight and celebrate the diversity and multiculturalism of the SKEMA student community.

Over 100 students, faculty, staff, and partners attended the event and interacted with the nine cultural booths created by students who wished to represent their country: Brazil, China, Egypt, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Morocco, and Sweden. Using lots of photos, historical facts, maps, flags, music, food, games, and more, they created a beautiful, immersive cultural experience in the courtyard of the Raleigh campus. Through this cheerful and colorful event, students shared about their cultures and customs, answered questions, organised fun activities, offered homemade traditional treats, and learned about each other.

Students also had the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a variety of prizes: airline voucher, sweatshirts, restaurant gift cards, and more. A portion of the proceeds from the raffle was donated to a charity supporting the victims of the Moroccan earthquake.
