SKEMA student launches internship and job-search platform

Esteban Blactot, a student in SKEMA's Master in Management (PGE), has launched "Talent Seed", a platform that enables students to find an internship or a job by connecting them with companies.

Passionate about entrepreneurship and startups, Esteban Blactot has launched "Talent Seed" with three EDHEC students he met at a previous internship at Station F.

That's when they had an idea: to give the power back to students searching for an internship or their first job. "While talking to many companies, from startups to large corporations, we realised that it's not only students who sometimes have trouble finding companies that match their needs, but that recruiting interns and work-study students is also a major challenge for them," explains Esteban.

Thanks to Talent Seed, companies have direct access to profiles that match their needs, and students are only offered jobs that match their expectations.

Finding an internship anywhere

"With us, it is up to the companies to contact the candidates. All they must do is create a profile with their information and criteria. Once this is done, they will begin receiving proposals in line with their expectations, for career-accelerating missions.

Esteban confirms that the interest is real. "In less than two months, nearly 1,000 students have joined the platform, which is aimed not only at major business schools but also at engineering, communication and IT schools and major universities, such as Dauphine and the Sorbonne.

A service to be used in addition to SKEMA Talent and Careers

As a reminder, SKEMA students can access internship and job offers and benefit from the expertise of T&C via the SKEMA Talent & Careers Hub, which brings together in one place all the services offered to students for the construction of their personalised professional project.
