SKEMA Trophée Golf: alumni and students to test their skills

On 25 and 26 March, SKEMA Business School students are organising the 37th edition of Trophée Golf, a friendly golf competition, on the Bondues and Sart golf courses. The event will bring together golfers from across France. The aim is to facilitate interaction between Lille students, SKEMA alumni, and entrepreneurs in the metropolis.

For several years now, this tournament has been encouraging interaction between students, SKEMA alumni and the entrepreneurial and economic stakeholders of northern France.

It will take place in the prestigious surroundings of the Bondues and Sart golf courses in Villeneuve d'Ascq. "We are excited to be organising Trophée Golf, which has been an institution in the north of France for almost 40 years. I love the challenge of combining my passion for golf with the organisation of such a great event," explains Louis Lanel, a Master in Management (PGE) student and this year's project leader.

During the two-day competition, the players will compete in singles on the Bondues golf course and in doubles on the Sart golf course. The students will assist the players and will supervise the entire competition.

A friendly atmosphere

On Sunday evening, at 6pm, a prize-giving ceremony will be organised on the Sart golf course to conclude the competition. The students, SKEMA alumni and Katrina Panchout, deputy director of SKEMA's Master in Management (PGE) programme, will be present. "Beyond being a high-level competition on prestigious golf courses, the event aims to promote golf among SKEMA's student community and in the Lille region. Participants in this 37th edition can expect an intergenerational and friendly atmosphere," explains Victor Charpignon, a student at SKEMA.
