SKEMA USA: Mentorship Programme hosts professional development session

Each semester, about sixty students on the Raleigh Campus have the opportunity to join the Mentorship Programme offered in partnership with NC State Global Training Initiative.

Thanks to this joint initiative, SKEMA mentees are matched with local business professionals who become their mentors for one or two semesters, and with whom they can exchange on topics such as career, professional development, US culture, cultural adaptation, and more.

To kick off the 2024 Spring Semester, the Mentorship Programme hosted an event for mentees and mentors to connect and network. The event included an excellent professional development session provided by mentor Faith Ann Wright and the Dale Carnegie Training Center of Greater North Carolina, allowing students to discuss, improve, and practice their interviewing skills.
