MarketingZhenzhen Zhao received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Institut Mines-Télécom and the Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris, France. She is currently an Associate Professor with Digitalisation Academy, SKEMA Business School (Paris campus), and was a Visiting Researcher with Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium), and Tsinghua University (China). Her research interests include intersection of human–computer interaction (HCI) and digital economy, i.e., bringing HCI research to marketing and innovation discipline by understanding and shaping online consumer behaviors through platform design. She is particularly interested in the implications of virtual community, mobile applications, gamification, user experience, and design thinking. Her work has appeared in Journal of Interactive Marketing, Information & Management, and many other outlets.
